I became a doula because no one should walk into their birth feeling alone or unheard. After supporting friends through their births and seeing how much of a difference one calm, informed person can make, I knew this was my calling.

I work with first-time parents almost exclusively — not because I don't love experienced parents, but because there's something special about that first journey. The questions that feel silly (they're not). The fear that something will go wrong (we'll prepare for everything). The moment it hits you that you're actually doing this (I'll be right there).

My style is evidence-based and deeply personal. I'll help you build a birth plan that reflects what matters to you, not what's trending on Instagram. And when that plan changes — because sometimes it does — I'll help you feel good about the new one too.
